Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to exchange an item or request a full credit, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please note that we use therapeutic grade essential oils to fragrance our products. Our scents are derived from nature; and therefore may not be as potent as synthetic products. Although we use high percentages of oils to maintain high quality, our candles will likely be more subtle than fragrance oils. The intetion behind using these products is to reap therapeutic benefits that will assist with well-being and ritualistic practices. 

Our products are hand poured, resulting in each candle having unique characteristics and may not have a perfectly smooth finish. This is not considered a flaw; it's a testament to the handcrafted nature of our products. Similarly, changes in temperature may cause the wax to create what appears to be wet spots; rest assured, this is normal and will dissipate once the candle is used.
